On the occasion of the integration of the flagship "Le Rouge Français" into the Chamberlan space, the Quatre couleurs Association, which has been defending Made in France for over 15 years, supported Le Rouge Français by creating bridges between art and craft. It has enabled the Rouge Français to forge links with talented artists and craftsmen. It was only natural that when she met Elodie Carpentier and Salem Ghezaili, the founders of La Maison Le Rouge Français, that Delphine Garnier wanted to integrate them into the craftsmen of the Quatre Couleurs association.
Winner of Cosmebio's Cosm'Ethique 2019 competition, Le Rouge Français claims a profoundly alternative and innovative positioning, by proposing the development of a complete make-up range (lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, blush, compact powder and varnish) with pigments derived from plants. Madder, Roucou, red radish, elderberry, orcanette, hibiscus, sweet potato, purple corn, tomato lycopene (...) are all sources of inspiration, which, thanks to our specific grinding, extraction and infusion processes, allow us to reveal natural and original colours. They also benefit from extraordinary biological properties to nourish, moisturise, repair and protect the epidermis. This path towards a new natural, responsible and sustainable cosmetic paradigm is being traced with the most advanced partners and suppliers in the field of plant sourcing. They come from ethical, certified, sustainable channels that respect 3 fundamental criteria: organic, environmental (respect for biodiversity) and social (fair trade).
LE ROUGE FRANÇAIS proposes a new cosmetic paradigm by using pigments from dye plants. Humans and non-humans are respected equally and this constitutes a strong ethical commitment by LE ROUGE FRANÇAIS.
