During the opening of the Itinérance exhibition, for the pleasure of your taste buds and your eyes, Cécile Van Lith will perform a Vegan culinary performance inspired by the paintings of Bruno Moinard.

A naturopath by training, Cécile, aka "Betty", switched from theory to practice in 2009 by turning to her passion, cooking. Exhausted from fighting against the clichés linked to "healthy eating", she has been working to create a cuisine that is anything but moralistic and sad, making the link between well-being, design and culinarity. In love with plants, it is quite natural that she falls in love with Raw Food, a playground still unexplored in our countries, and reinvents it, culinary and appetizing.

In other words, a pioneer of raw vegan food in France, no less!
