A tender, fragrant, unique flavour that lingers in the mouth! All his cheeses are made according to the ancestral tradition of the true goatherd... The goats graze freely in the middle of the hills during the day and return in the evening to sleep peacefully...
There's no parking or confinement here: "bimos" and "cabros" live in the open air! Together with his son, they work as a family, father and son! But Loïc is full of hidden talents: he knows how to use plants to heal and he's a poet with a pen!
